ZDX200SH2016 automatic line 1

6-station rotary tray feeder: A reduction motor drives the turntable, which rotates 6 workpiece stations fixed on it to achieve preliminary workpiece transport. After the preliminary transport is completed, the workpiece will be sent to the position directly below the robotic arm's gripping position. Then, another small reduction motor drives the ball screw pair to move, thus achieving vertical delivery of the workpiece. Sensors are used for positioning along the work path.
